Claudia and I (Mattia) met in Lake Louise Canada in 2002. Upon our return to Switzerland we spent five years in Montreux located on the french side of the country. After traveling for six months around New Zealand and Australia we decided to move to St.Moritz and worked for a year. Finally we arrived in the canton of Glarus where we managed a restaurant for five years situated directly on the ski slopes of Braunwald.
